PYPE Projects The breadth and complexity of client projects successfully completed by PYPE LLC demonstrate our proven reliability and diverse capabilities. Arctic Slope Regional Corporation: PYPE’s Mr. Park was retained by ASRC, a private, Alaska Native-owned corporation, to facilitate a patented technology transfer involving the U.S. Department of Energy and Lockheed Martin. All three parties were impressed with Mr. Park’s ability to not only meet the technical demands required, but also to complete the project on schedule and within budget. Winner of R&D 100 award. Calista Corporation: Faced with $6 million in ongoing annual losses, Alaska’s largest land holding and shareholder company recruited PYPE’s Mr. Park to turn things around. Within the first year, he recovered $7 million in losses. He also implemented a continuous 5-year strategic plan, which has resulted in robust, ongoing corporate revenue growth that has enabled the company to grow from fewer than 100 employees to more than 1,000 today. Chugach Alaska Corporation: This Alaska Native-owned corporation called on Mr. Park to develop a joint venture with Marriott Catering and Waste Management of Chicago in the wake of the Exxon Valdez spill to facilitate clean up and remediation. Mr. Park was instrumental in making a $47 million net profit on more than $400 million in new revenues. He started the Chugach Development Corporation’s first 8(a) program, which now is the largest entity to serve as a government contractor.
