Pio Y. Park
CEO / President

Mr. Park serves as the CEO/President of PYP Enterprises, LLC. He has more than 25 years of experience working with multinational corporations, and state and federal governmental agencies. In that time, he has established an enviable track of record of success and positioned PYP Enterprises to be a leader in its industry.

Adept at strategic planning, forming partnerships and conducting negotiations, Mr. Park provides unique insights and needed know-how to each client. Under his leadership, PYP Enterprises has established a number of successful joint ventures in natural resource, energy, transportation, security service and real estate enterprises.

While working with Chugach Development Corporation, he established the firm’s minority-owned government contracting business, which is now one of the nation’s largest minority owned federal contractors. He was successful in doing the same for the Calista Corporation, which currently holds contracts with the Missile Defense Agency. More recently, he launched the Construction and Security Services Division of Doyon Government Services in Washington D.C. and Seattle. He was instrumental in winning the Army wide security contract for all Army bases on the West Coast from Alaska to California.

Mr. Park received the R&D 100 Award for Technical Excellence from R&D Magazine. He is multi-lingual, a U.S. Army veteran who served in both Alaska and the Korean DMZ, and he holds a bachelor’s of science degree in Economics/Management from St. John’s University in New York.
